5/1/2024– The Southwest Minnesota Private Industry Council (PIC), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a thriving workforce across its 14-county service area, is excited to announce the launch of its redesigned website on May 1st, 2024. Partnering with Redwood Valley Technical Solutions, the revamped website aims to better serve the needs of job seekers, employers, and educational institutions in Southwest Minnesota.

Through strategic partnerships we provide comprehensive employment and training services, business support, and youth career development programs.
